Who We Are and What We Do

We provide alternative customized treatments for common problems that create pain, soft tissue dysfunction, and disease in the body that decrease the quality of life. We combine a scientific clinical approach while maintaining a nurturing and caring touch, which is integrated in all of our treatments.

Q. What is Massage?

A. Massage Therapy provides an alternative health option to help alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain syndromes. If employed early enough after accidents involving trauma and injury, it can also greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning. There are several techniques that can be used to correct soft tissue dysfunction such as: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, facilitated stretching, lymphatic drainage, and much more. 

Q. How much clothing do I need to remove?

A. To receive the full benefit of a full body massage you should undress completely; however, you can choose between undressing completely or to the level of your comfort. Your massage therapist will give you privacy to undress, and you will be fully draped through your session except for the area being worked on.

Q. What is Bodywork?

A. Bodywork is a scientific approach that relieves soft-tissue pain and dysfunction. Utilizing the laws of physiology and biomechanics, this treatment method will treat the root cause of your pain problem, rather than just its effects.

Q. How much clothing do I need to remove?

A. With Bodywork, you leave all of your clothing on. We recommend that you dress in loose clothing to allow freedom of movement (such as a T-shirt and shorts), which you can bring to your session and change into within the privacy of the treatment room.
